Qualifications and Experience
Deputy Director (Coordination)
- Education: First Class Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in project preparation, formulation, design, grants management, and documentation, with at least 3 years in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Assistant Director
- Education: First Class Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Management Sciences, Business Administration, or Project Management from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in project preparation, formulation, design, and documentation.
Assistant Director (Communication)
- Education: First Class Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Management Sciences, Mass Communication, or Media Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in communication methods, planning, design, and implementation of communication systems, along with data collection and report writing, preferably in research marketing.
Additional Information
- Experience: All experience must be post-qualification. Part-time, honorary, apprenticeship, and internship experience will not be counted.
- Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 5 years is already included, with additional relaxation as per government rules.
