Available Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for overseeing the overall profitability and efficient management of TUSDEC, ensuring the smooth functioning of all operations. The role includes the following key responsibilities:

• Formulating and presenting the strategic business plans and policies for Board approval, followed by their effective implementation.
• Managing human resources efficiently, ensuring the optimal utilization of funds and organizational resources in compliance with statutory obligations.
• Ensuring the company’s operations are aligned with the Companies Act, 2017, and other applicable policies and instructions issued by the government or the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
• Overseeing the business development efforts and representing the company in meetings and strategic forums.

Qualifications & Experience: To be eligible for the position of CEO at TUSDEC, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:

• A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering (Minimum 16 years of education), along with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, or Economics from a reputable Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
• Foreign qualifications will be considered, provided candidates submit an equivalence certificate from HEC.
• A minimum of 18 years of relevant experience, with at least 10 years in a senior management position. Candidates should have a proven track record in implementing technology upgradation and skill development programs that have enhanced the productivity and global competitiveness of specific industries.

Age Limit:

• The candidate must be below 57 years of age at the time of submitting the application.
