Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Requirements:
- A minimum of 16 years of formal education in fields such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration from a recognized institution. Preferred qualifications include MBA, M.Com, MS, ACCA, CA, or other related degrees.
- Additional certifications such as Directors Training Programme, Public Financial Management certifications, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Public-Private Partnership (CP3P), or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in Public Financial Management, Debt Management, or Risk Management. Experience in corporate governance, policy formulation, and strategy development is highly preferred.
- A proven track record of successful leadership and experience in managing teams is essential.
- Relevant experience can be gained in public sector, private sector, or development sectors, or a mix of all.
- Additional Skills:
- Candidates must demonstrate a history of outstanding achievements, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Knowledge of public debt management, financial risk analysis, and understanding of government financial reporting are an added advantage.
- Applicants with experience in Debt Sustainability Analysis or Fiscal Risk Management will be preferred.
