Eligibility Criteria:

- Public Health Specialist:
- Education: MBBS with a Master’s in Health Services Delivery, Public Health, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in policy management, public health, healthcare systems, or hospital management.
- Surveillance and Research Specialist:
- Education: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health or related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in health program research, policy management, and health surveillance.
- Skills: Proficiency in using data analysis software (SPSS, SAS, STATA) and analytical report writing.
- Communication Specialist:
- Education: Master’s in Media, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in health communication, public sector communications, or media promotions.
- Skills: Proven ability in developing and promoting health messages, materials, and campaigns.
- Financial Management Specialist:
- Education: Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in financial management, auditing, or accounting, preferably in donor-funded projects or public sector initiatives.
- Skills: Knowledge in financial planning, expenditure management, and audit controls.
- Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist:
- Education: Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research within public health or development programs.
- Skills: Expertise in using statistical analysis tools like SPSS, SAS, and data reporting.
- Gender and Training Specialist:
- Education: Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in gender-based violence programs, gender-sensitive policy formulation, and training development.
- Skills: Knowledge of gender equality strategies, with strong training and report-writing skills.
