- Proven leadership experience in managing a large institution with the ability to handle administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Age Limit:
- Applicants should be between 40 to 55 years of age. There is no relaxation in the upper age limit.

- Contractual Basis: The recruitment for the position will be on a contractual basis as per the rules and regulations set by the Military Lands and Cantonment Department. The contract will initially be for three years, with a six-month probation period.
