   • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing performance of communication network elements, including firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.

   • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, or Software Engineering.
   • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in network core switching, network security, firewalls, Network Access Control, and DDoS protection.
4. Assistant Director (System Administrator – Microsoft Stack)
   • Maximum Age: 37 Years
   • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, or Software Engineering.
   • Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the deployment and administration of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and Exchange Server. Certifications in Microsoft Enterprise Services will be preferred.
5. Assistant Director (NOC)
   • Maximum Age: 37 Years
   • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, or Software Engineering.
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC operations, OS and NMS configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Linux and Windows OS is essential.
