- Oversee financial performance and accountability within the program.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (FCA), Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), or any other professional accounting qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, including work with donor-funded projects and public sector health organizations. Experience as a member of an Audit Committee or governance forum is highly desirable.

Health Expert (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee health-related audits, evaluations, and assessments.
- Provide expert guidance on the health-related components of the National TB Control Program, particularly in managing TB and related infectious diseases like HIV, TB, and malaria.
- Collaborate with public health experts and program managers to ensure that health strategies are in line with national health objectives.
- Supervise the implementation of programmatic audits related to health interventions.
- Qualifications: MBBS, MPH, or postgraduate degree in public health or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior role in public health organizations, especially those focusing on TB control and related diseases. Experience with large donor-funded health projects is a must.
- Additional qualifications in infectious diseases (HIV, TB, Malaria) will be an added advantage.

Public Sector Administration Expert (1 Position)

- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Administration or a related field, or an ex-civil servant from the Pakistan Administrative Service.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in public sector administration, especially within donor-funded projects or large public sector organizations. Experience in administrative and programmatic audits is essential.
