     • Ph.D. in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution and 8 years of post-qualification experience in teaching, administrative, or professional roles at a public or private university, or a public sector organization.
     • OR MS/M.Phil. (second division) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with 10 years of post-qualification experience.
     • OR Master’s Degree or BS (4 years) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution, with at least a second division, and 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
2. Treasurer (BPS-20)
   • Nature of the Position: Contract (3 years)
   • Number of Posts: 1
   • Qualifications & Experience:
     • Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institution, along with 8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
     • OR MS/M.Phil. (second division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics or equivalent qualifications, with 10 years of post-qualification experience.
     • OR MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. (Economics) (second division) or equivalent qualifications from an HEC-recognized institution, with 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
